We are delighted to sponsor the Plc Awards for the second year running. The Plc Awards recognises the achievements of the UK’s most resilient and innovative publicly quoted companies. The Awards are open to companies listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange including FTSE 100, FTSE 250, FTSE Small Cap and Fledgling indices.

The awards ceremony will take place on 16 March 2023. You can make nominations until 6 January 2023. Companies are encouraged to self-nominate and advisers can nominate clients that they feel deserve recognition. If you wish to make a nomination, please use the official nomination form.

Supporting you through audit and corporate governance reforms

The Government is pushing forward its plans for audit reform and improving corporate governance. The proposals apply to Public Interest Entities (PIEs) which will expand to include large privately-owned companies and large AIM-listed businesses.

We continue to engage with the reforms both to represent the interests of our clients and to ensure that we can provide you with the advice you need to manage the reforms and meet any new regulatory and reporting requirements.
