Wayne Dutton

Wayne is a tax professional who specialises in advising private clients and their businesses through life events. He is based in the North West of England and works primarily between Liverpool and Manchester.

Wayne's clients have included the heads of large private equity firms, onshore and offshore trusts (including employee benefit trusts) and shareholders of family businesses, together with their families. He has advised on and has experience of most aspects of UK tax affecting individuals and their business interests, including property transactions. Wayne also has extensive international experience and is keen to work with entrepreneurs and their businesses to help them understand their tax exposure and profile.
