Vinod (aka Vinny) is a Corporate Finance Partner, specialising in Transaction Services - financial due diligence and covers the East Midlands and East of England regions.

Since 2006, Vinny has advised on over 160 deals typically valued between £10m and £150m - spanning various sectors including consumer markets, healthcare / life sciences, technology, transport & logistics and manufacturing.

Deal experience comprises both acquisition (buy-side) and vendor (sell-side) due diligence on behalf of:

• corporates (UK and International);
• private equity;
• banks; and
• advising as reporting accountant on public market (i.e. AiM IPO) transactions.
