Executive Summary

Sakib is an a partner based in our Manchester office. He is highly experienced in working with owner managed entrepreneurial businesses during all stages of the business cycle – from start-up, through to exit and IPO - as well as with private equity backed businesses, through to AIM and main list corporates.

Sakib also has a strong international network and is experienced in working across a wide range of international regions including Europe, North America, Asia and Australia. He has  expertise in dealing with multinational businesses requiring US GAAP, US GAAS and IFRS.

He acts for a wide range of entities across a range of industries but his particular sector focus has been manufacturing, professional services, technology and social housing.

Sakib has a hands-on approach and prides himself in delivering an exceptional service to his portfolio of organisations.
