Ross McDonald

Ross joined BDO in 2012 and has established one of the leading Debt Advisory businesses focused on the UK mid-market. The team advise a wide range of private equity owned, private and listed companies on debt capital markets.

Ross spent 10 years working in a ‘Big Four’ firm where he specialised in Debt Advisory. He has successfully advised on numerous debt processes including corporate refinancing mandates, acquisition finance raises, staple debt exercises, dividend recapitalisations & stressed renegotiations.

Ross is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers.
