I currently provide a specialist tax advisory service for accountants, lawyers and other professionals and their clients.I have particular experience of property businesses having headed the Reading office property team from 2004 - 2010.

I regularly advise on stamp taxes and SDLT issues including property structuring, planning and share adjudications. I have advised family owned businesses regarding business reorganisations, acquisitions and sales and their tax efficient structuring. I lecture regularly on tax issues.
