Jon Hickman

Executive Summary

Jon is the Head of Tax in our Southampton office, he specialises in all aspects of corporate tax together including tax compliance and assurance as well as transactional and advisory matters.

Having joined the firm in 1997, promoted to partner in 2006, and made Head of Tax in 2022, Jon has many years of experience dealing with a wide range of businesses, many of which have international operations  These include owner led, often with external and private equity investors and large well established International businesses.  Jon will also often advise management teams and shareholders during M&A transactions.
