John Angood

John is a Tax Director based in the Midlands whose specific areas of focus are:

• Midlands Real Estate and construction Tax – supporting entrepreneurial real estate investors, developers, housebuilders, construction businesses and land promoters with their structuring, extraction, acquisitions, disposals, demergers, family successions and fulfilling their compliance requirements.
   
• Midlands Not for profit Tax – supporting housing providers, charities, universities and other not for profit organisations with managing their taxes, trading subsidiaries, gift aid and corporation tax compliance 
   
• Midlands Tax Dispute Resolution – managing voluntary disclosures and complex tax investigations including worldwide disclosure facility, digital disclosure facility and tax investigations in particular Code of Practice 8 and 9 investigations.
