Joe Lucey

I have more than 25 years of experience in accounting, financial and SEC reporting and auditing. During my time in the US, I also spent 3 years as the global assistant controller for a large SEC registrant, responsible for periodic financial reporting, registration statements and 144A debt offerings.  

Since returning to the UK in 2017, I have worked with both AIM listed companies as well as foreign companies reporting into the US public markets.  I have also led the audit related work on a number of special projects, such as SIR-2000, Rule 3-05 financial statements and pre-IPO projects.

I have significant experience working with listed businesses and have previously led the audits of a number of US and UK public companies, including Materialise NV, Sirius XM Inc, Pioneer Power Solutions Inc., J2 Media Inc., Boku Inc., and Tungsten Corporation plc. 

During my career, I have developed a knowledge of both US GAAP and IFRS, and provide training on the differences between the two accounting standards, as well as technical topics in auditing and SEC regulations.
