I have over 20 years of experience advising businesses on capital markets transactions including assessing IPO readiness and providing, accounting, financial and SEC reporting advisory services.

Within our US Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory team, I am responsible for:

• Advising on registered debt or equity offerings across multiple jurisdictions and exchanges, including US IPOs and registration with the SEC
• Advising on Rule 144a and Regulation S offerings for companies planning to issue securities on exchanges across the globe
• Providing IPO readiness services to entities contemplating a US listing, as well as advice on listing requirements, financial statements and prospectuses, pro forma financial information, and ongoing reporting obligations for various listing exchanges.

I have experience in IFRS, UK and US GAAP and advise on conversions from one GAAP to another, either in connection with a transaction or to meet the relevant reporting requirements of a listing venue.
