A chartered secretary, with over 20 years' experience of all aspects of employee share plans and executive remuneration. 

He previously worked for one of the major remuneration consulting companies and on the share plans team at one of the Big 4 firms.

He has advised public and private companies of all sizes, including most recently a number of AIM and Main Market companies and companies listed overseas.

Recent projects include advising remuneration committees on the level and make-up of directors' pay, the design and implementation of long-term incentive plans, share plans on IPO and a number of executive and all-employee share plans.
