Claire Hudson

I am a Tax Partner with more than 13 years’ experience as an adviser providing UK and international tax advice to multinational enterprises. I manage a diverse portfolio of large and complex groups, many in the listed space, delivering an efficient compliance service and providing timely and commercially focused advice on domestic and cross-border issues that arise. 

I have extensive experience in providing specialist tax advice for tax structuring, due diligence and group re-organisation, and through this am adept at managing cross-border teams. Historically, I have also spent time focussing on tax governance matters, which has given me a strong grounding in this area.

As well as my tax knowledge, I am renowned for devising and leading efficient tax compliance and reporting processes, bringing clients on-board with BDO technology, and tailoring advice and solutions to the specific circumstances of my clients.

In my spare time, I enjoy Zumba and running, and spending time with my 3 children. I can also occasionally be found performing in a moms’ dance troupe!
