Chris Wingrave

I am an Audit Partner with over 20 years’ experience of providing business assurance and advisory services to a wide range of companies, with a focus on the real estate sector. I am a member of BDO’s national real estate and construction team and lead this sector for BDO South East.

My work with FTSE and AIM listed corporates, private equity backed international groups and real estate investment managers with multiple privately held onshore or offshore funds under management keeps me at the forefront of developments within this sector. I also act for businesses from other sectors, such as professional sports, private education and professional services, which provides insights into developments within the wider business landscape.

Alongside audit, I am passionate about developing our people and act as a counselling manager or coach to a number of individuals within the business, as well as providing real estate specific training to colleagues. 

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my wife and two young boys, exploring the local countryside and travelling further afield whenever possible. I am a keen follower of most professional sports.
