Chris Carle

Executive Summary

Chris is a specialist in providing assurance services to the Property Management Industry. Chris is a director within the Bristol service charge team, which is recognised as BDO's centre of excellence for work of this nature.  Chris has a strong audit background with specialist knowledge in all RICS related matters. He has expertise in three distinct areas:

• Independent reviews of service charges
• Assignments requiring a report of factual findings (agreed-upon-procedures) eg, handover procedures and head rent calculations
• Managing and transitioning large scale projects through technology and offshore teams.

Chris has 15 years' client-facing audit and service charge experience as a chartered accountant. Chris joined BDO in May 2006.
