The need for a more sustainable future is one of the key themes coming out of 2020.
In this context, industries such as Oil and Gas and Mining have been in the spotlight more than usual. While the majority of the narrative is about the need for these industries to take responsibility for a more sustainable future, we are clear that this does not mean that they will disappear. They will need to evolve instead. In order to do that, they will need the talent, energy and imaginations of today’s youth to be part of their workforce.
