BDO acted as reporting accountant for the transfer of PensionBee Group plc (PensionBee) from the High Growth Segment of the Main Market to the Premium Main Market of the London Stock Exchange (LSE) in April 2022, after its first year trading as a public company.

PensionBee initially raised £55 million of capital in its IPO on the High Growth Segment in April 2021. As of 31 March 2022, the company had increased its Assets Under Administration to £2.8 billion and reported a registered customer base of almost 800,000.
