The BDO Transaction Services team in the Midlands has provided financial due diligence to Production Resource Group, L.L.C (“PRG”) in respect of their acquisition of UAE based Delta Sound, L.L.C.
PRG, one of the world’s leading suppliers of entertainment and event technology headquartered in New York, have expanded their operations in the UAE through the acquisition of Delta Sound, a specialist provider of live audio and event communications technology based in Dubai and operating across the Middle East. Delta Sound LLC, founded in 2006, is the leading specialist audio and communication company in the Gulf Region and will join forces with PRG’s operation in Dubai, forming a union between the two companies who have collaborated successfully for many years across a broad range of corporate, government and large-scale special events. Like PRG, Delta Sound provides technical design and technology support to both local and international production houses who benefit from the high standard of service and delivery offered.
This is the third time that we have worked with BDO on an acquisition and once again the team provided unrelenting support, advice and guidance both during the due diligence phase and as we approached completion.
