Paintwell Limited operate a network of decorating centres across the North West of England, the acquisition of the Kent Blaxill Group Limited means the new enlarged group will have 46 branches stretching from Cumbria to Kent, with 250 employees and combined revenues of £55m. The acquisition of Promain (UK) Limited expands the groups product offerings to specialist industrial paints and coatings.
